1. Who We Are

SoLu Stories operates the website at solustories.app and the SoLu Stories web application — an AI-powered personalised storytelling service for children.

2. Who Can Use SoLu Stories

SoLu Stories is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian responsible for any child whose information you provide.

Children under 13 should not create accounts or use SoLu Stories independently. The service is designed to be used by an adult alongside a child.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We use magic link email authentication — please keep your email account secure. Notify us at hello@solustories.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free and Paid Plans

SoLu Stories offers a free tier (3 stories) and a paid Family Plan. Paid plans are billed monthly ($3.99/month) or annually ($29.99/year) through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us
• We offer a 7-day refund if you are unsatisfied — contact hello@solustories.app
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. AI-Generated Content

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). While we design our prompts to produce age-appropriate, warm, and positive content, AI is not perfect. We recommend parents read stories with their children.

Generated stories are unique to your session. We do not guarantee any specific story output. Stories are for personal, non-commercial family use only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SoLu Stories for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI prompts or systems
• Use the service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent the free story limit through technical means

7. Intellectual Property

The SoLu Stories brand, mascot, app design, and underlying technology are owned by SoLu Stories. Stories generated for your family are yours to keep and share personally — you may print, save, and share them with family and friends.

8. Disclaimers

SoLu Stories is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated stories. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
